Internet Return Policy

New Returns

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. Within 90 days of the receipt of your order we will gladly refund for full credit any uninstalled, new item that has its original packaging and contains all parts, hardware and instructions. Gasket sets cannot be returned once opened. Installed parts are ineligible for return except when they are defective.Except in cases of a shipping error or a catalog error, automotive repair manuals and electronic/electrical parts such as ECUs, relays, mass air flow meters, etc . . . are not eligible for return.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued and confirmation will be sent to your email address. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only when the return is a result of a shipping error or product damaged in shipment. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Core Returns

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuildable. A deduction may be made from the credit if the core is damaged or non-rebuildable.
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty and Defective Returns
We will exchange items shipped from that become defective within the manufacturers warranty period. If you have any questions about the warranty duration or terms, please give us a call or contact us by email.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete our RMA form within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process.If you'd like a replacement item for the damaged item, please process a new order for it.

Returning Items To Our Retail Stores

You are always welcome to return products directly to our retail stores without completing the internet RMA form. When you come in please bring a copy of the original sales invoice for fast service.
